Located next to the pool, near the community’s entrance, Ellis Point’s clubhouse has a fully-equipped fitness center, lounge area with television and wi-fi, kitchen, bathrooms, and showers. Community social gatherings along with the annual homeowner's meeting and quarterly Board meetings regularly take place in the clubhouse.
